Today was the last day for the Wall Mural for Essex. I was able to hand her off to David Creed: who is another artist who is going to develop the panels for the wall. He will use the canvases to create the prints on metal sheets, based on the canvases I just completed.
Art attack Windsor is heading up this project, and provided me with this opportunity. Special thanks go out to Jill Thompson who is my contact and personal advocate for this project.
Well I am very attracted to paintings that make us feel something. This painting of the singer Billie holiday says something on her face that we all can relate to.
Well I have worked on selectively refining the mural for art attack Windsor, not sure I will get to everything time but its time to buckle down and get to some serious work done, so I can relax and enjoy my weekend.
So here is where we are to date
Well still fine tuning the mural for Essex. An opportunity provided to me by Art Attack Windsor, through Jill Thomson
Slowly she getting more in shape, by better defining the focal points and areas of interest. It seams we are on schedule for completing her by the date of October 5th, 2018. Still a ways to go, but at this point I am almost getting happy with the level of completion accomplished in her
I have been working on tightening up some of the pivotal points on the Essex wall mural. As a unit she is coming together nicely, by brightening up the background the main figures stand out better.
Here are some closeups if you are interested, in studying it closer.
I have been working on making parts of the edges flow more seamlessly together as well as define the elements on the canvas.
Today I re-arranged the paintings in debs dinner

Dear Art Enthusiasts
I have been working on the Essex Mural. I am excited to have something so public so every one can enjoy. At the same time I have to make it perfect with all of my ability so the pressure is on wish me luck.
Here are the first two pictures of her.
Well I have been working on my rough sketch for the Essex wall. I am pretty happy with her so far, she fits nicely with the committiees vision for her to be colorful, but leave a little space to outline a story about family roles.
The man is the more colorful, but his role is the hunter and the gatherer, while the female looks after the young.
I also changed around my wall to include The Justice Trio, this week.
